Presbyterian Women is life-changing for many women. It’s where they grow in faith, find a community of support, develop leadership skills and so much more. Honor a dedicated participant in Presbyterian Women with a recognition or memorial gift that shows you value her contribution to the church. The amount is at the discretion of the donor.
Individual Presbyterian Women, a Presbyterian Women’s group or other church group conferring the honor should send this form (at least six weeks prior to the presentation date), along with a check for the appropriate amount, to the treasurer of Presbyterian Women in the Presbytery. Make checks payable to “Treasurer of Presbyterian Women” and include “Recognition/Memorial Gift” in the memo line.

Mail the Recognition and Memorial Gift form and a check (payable to Treasurer of Presbyterian Women) to the treasurer of Presbyterian Women in your presbytery.

After the PWP treasurer sends the forms to the national level, PW national staff will send an acknowledgement letter and certificate to the appropriate person as indicated on the form.
